How do we reserve a step-on guide?
Contact us with your travel date, group size, vehicle type, and planned route. A 50% deposit holds the date, with the balance due on the day of service. Gratuity is not included.
What is the cancellation policy for step-on guide services?
For direct bookings, cancellations made at least 14 days before service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
