  • What deposit is required to reserve a private or group tour?

    A 50% deposit is required to hold the date. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Gratuity is not included.

  • What is the cancellation policy for direct private or group bookings?

    For direct bookings, cancellations made at least 14 days before service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Bookings made through Viator or another marketplace follow that platform’s policy.
