Around Tahoe Tours was built by locals who grew up with a deep connection to Lake Tahoe—and a responsibility to share it the right way.

Founded by brothers Chris Talbot and Darin Talbot (“Mr. Tahoe”), our tours come from decades of living, working, and exploring every corner of this lake. We don’t just drive you around Tahoe—we show you what it looks like through the eyes of the people who call it home.

Our goal is simple: give visitors an experience that feels personal, real, and worth remembering. From quiet shoreline stops to iconic views like Emerald Bay, every tour is built to let you slow down, take in the scenery, and understand the history, stories, and meaning behind the lake.

You’ll travel in comfortable, small-group vans, with time to get out, explore, and take it in—not just pass it by. Along the way, you’ll hear local stories, Tahoe folklore, and original music, creating an experience that goes beyond a typical sightseeing tour.
